If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the shipping courier will leave a re-delivery slip. Please follow the instructions from the shipping company. Would you like to choose a different moment or location? Please contact the shipping company directly.

Yes. You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the shipping courier will leave a re-delivery slip.

All orders whilst in transit from Aurélien to the shipping address are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Next to each product you can select "Size Guide". Here, the exact measurements of our products are provided and there is a step-by-step guide on how these measurements are taken. You can compare these measurements to a similar garment you already own.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER? | ![]() |
Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order, or as Aurélien store credit. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
