| L (112,5cm) | 100 - 105 |
| XL (117,5cm) | 105 - 110 |
1. WAIST MEASUREMENT
Measure around the waist at the height you wear your trousers using a measuring tape. The table above lists three intervals. For example: if your waist measurement is 97cm, you fall between 95 - 100 cm. Size M would be the correct choice.
