1. MEDICIÓN DE LA CINTURA
Mida alrededor de la cintura a la altura en la que se coloca los pantalones con una cinta métrica. La tabla de arriba enumera tres intervalos. Por ejemplo: si la medida de su cintura es de 97 cm, usted entra entre 95 y 100 cm. El tamaño M sería la elección correcta.
