Key responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Strategically manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Establish structure and clear communication channels in a growing organisation.
• Implement processes to optimize productivity and performance.

Performance Monitoring:

• Develop and implement performance monitoring systems to assess employee contributions and overall team effectiveness.

Global Brand Growth:

• Collaborate with leadership to facilitate growth and make Aurélien a globally recognized and cherished brand.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution to drive the brand's international success.

Personnel management:

• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent aligned with Aurélien's values.
• Oversee the onboarding process to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Consultancy or e-commerce.
• Proven experience in building and motivating teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personnel administration and recruitment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or the fashion industry is regarded a bonus (not required).
