After establishing its flagship in Amsterdam and expanding through pop-ups across Europe, Aurélien will open its London flagship in early 2026. We are assembling a passionate team to bring the Maison’s spirit of excellence to Knightsbridge.
The Role
As a Client Advisor, you are the face of the Maison — a true ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences with warmth, expertise, and grace. Your mission is to represent Aurélien in every detail: from your presence and product knowledge to the relationships you build.
Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Service: Deliver refined, attentive service that reflects the Aurélien spirit of hospitality and discretion. Offer styling advice and guide clients through the collection with knowledge and sincerity.
- Client Portfolio & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain your own network of loyal clients. Remember preferences, anticipate needs, and nurture long-term relationships through genuine connection and follow-up.
- CRM & Clienteling: Record detailed client information to support personalised service and targeted outreach. Support store-wide CRM initiatives and clienteling events.
- Product Expertise: Communicate confidently about materials such as suede, cashmere, merino wool, and fine leather. Translate craftsmanship and texture into meaningful stories.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience: Maintain impeccable product presentation and store atmosphere according to brand standards.
- Operational Support: Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and product rotation to ensure seamless operations.
- After-Sales Care: Handle exchanges and service requests with elegance, ensuring continued client satisfaction.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail
- Existing portfolio of clients is a strong advantage
- Deep understanding of high-end service and clienteling
- Naturally elegant, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, or Italian are an advantage
- Strong interest in refined style, craftsmanship, and Mediterranean lifestyle
