Aurélien is looking for a Store Manager for the Flagship Store in Amsterdam.

As Store Manager, you hold the critical position of embodying the Aurélien brand in each and every client interaction. The Store Manager is an excellent communicator and brand ambassador. Developing client and staff relationships is first and foremost in the Aurélien Store Manager skill set. You make the shopping experience at Aurélien unique and comfortable for our clients and you are able to motivate and coach the Aurélien team.

In short, your responsibilities are:

• Managing and leading daily sales procedures
• Analysing and optimizing performance based on targets
• Visual merchandising: ensuring the optimal visual presentation of the collection
• Optimizing store processes
• Managing and motivating the floor team
• Administrative tasks
• Communicate clearly and pro-actively with the office team

Requirements:

• Affinity with the brand
• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience
• Ability to help build processes for the new store
• Ability to coach and manage a new floor team
• You speak Dutch or English fluently
