A rare, traceable purity
Pure cashmere
Extraordinary properties
Softness, lightness and temperature adjustment
Pure cashmere garments are unique, as cashmere wool fibers are among the most exclusive and finest natural fibers known to man. Our cashmere has an average fibre fineness of 15.8 microns (one micron is a millionth of a metre). With a natural insulating (power of up to 10x higher than wool), pure cashmere is perfect for any season.
A call from nature
Unparalleled softness
Cashmere is a thin layer of fine fleece which grows around the roots of goat's hair. This thin fleece layer grows in the cold winter and sheds when it turns warm in spring. Cashmere is very rare (it makes up a mere 0.2% of the world’s total animal fiber). Due to its superior quality and characteristics, cashmere is often referred to as “gem of fiber” and “soft gold”.
Naturally
By hand
The finest cashmere fibres are delicately collected during the spring moulting season when the Capra Hircus goat naturally sheds it's winter coat. This process is completed by hand and is completely harmless to the goats. Our knitted cashmere sweaters require the fine fleece combed by hand from 4 goats.
